Empowering Students with Knowledge, Skills, and Sustainable Leadership
On July 2-3, 2024, Dr. Tassawan Preedavipat (Coach Meng) conducted a training session on "Leadership Development for Sustainability @KMITL" for students from the Department of Chemical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL). The program aimed to help students develop leadership skills from an early stage to prepare them for both academic and leadership excellence, equipping them with the necessary competencies for sustainable development.

Sustainable Leadership Development: A Long-Term Commitment
Sustainable leadership development means building long-lasting capabilities that ensure continuity and growth. Organizations that strive for sustainability (Sustainable Organization) must have a forward-thinking vision and a solid foundation to support long-term growth. Strong foundations come from the people within the organization, making employees a critical factor in driving sustainable success.

Burnout Among Young Professionals: A Growing Concern
Today’s younger generation faces an alarming burnout crisis upon entering the workforce. According to research by Cigna, a leading global healthcare provider, burnout among young professionals has significantly increased over the past three years. Many individuals now experience burnout as early as 24 years old, largely due to rising living costs and the lingering effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. This exhaustion leads to decreased motivation and energy levels, making it harder for young professionals to thrive in their careers.

The Role of Doing to Done in Sustainable HR and Well-Being
Doing to Done is the first program in Thailand that emphasizes the importance of HR Sustainability, a key concept in building sustainable organizations. It integrates well-being principles into workplace culture, recognizing that mental health care and stress prevention are crucial for long-term success.

This program fosters a Well-Being Workplace by helping individuals visualize success and achieve goals efficiently. Through powerful tools, Doing to Done enhances productivity in a simple, fast, and effective manner. The methodology focuses on achieving small, incremental goals (Small Wins) while maintaining a healthy balance between work and personal life, leading to better relationships and increased happiness.
