On Friday, April 18, 2024, Dr. Tatsawan Preedawiphat (Coach Meng) conducted a Special Workshop on Doing to Done: A Simple Formula for Managing Work and Life Effectively for students from the Department of Chemical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB).

The Doing to Done methodology is a powerful productivity hack designed to simplify work management, enabling individuals to achieve greater results with less effort. It promotes a disciplined mindset by focusing on Quick Wins—small, actionable steps that lead to immediate progress.

The workshop fostered an interactive learning environment, encouraging students to engage in group discussions and coaching sessions. Using simple yet effective tools, participants could reflect on their goals, reassess priorities, and declutter their thoughts by writing them down and reorganizing them systematically.
The ultimate goal was to transform chaos into clarity, reduce stress, and create a structured approach to work prioritization. By adopting these strategies, students could enhance their well-being, minimize pressure, and create more opportunities for personal and academic growth.
